Poor Sleep Despite a Healthy Lifestyle – What Has Really Helped You?

I always thought I took pretty good care of myself. I go for walks regularly, try to eat a balanced diet, and avoid drinking coffee after lunch. Still, I often wake up in the morning feeling as though I haven't really recovered during the night.
The problem isn't so much falling asleep. That usually goes quite well. The real difficulty is staying asleep. Sometimes I wake up around three or four in the morning and lie there for quite a while, with all sorts of thoughts running through my head. The next day, I notice it most in my concentration. I'm not necessarily completely exhausted, but I feel like I'm missing my usual energy.
I've tried quite a few things in the meantime. I've changed my evening routine, kept my smartphone out of the bedroom, and made sure the room is as dark and quiet as possible. Some days, things work better, while on others, nothing seems to help. That's why I'm wondering whether there are other factors beyond the usual recommendations that people might be overlooking.
A while ago, during my research, I came across Somavedic. These are devices that, according to the manufacturer, are intended to support well-being in living spaces and have a positive effect on the sleep environment. I found the idea interesting, although I'm generally a little skeptical about products like these at first.
What I'm particularly interested in is whether the bedroom environment can actually have a greater impact on sleep quality than we might initially think. After all, you often read about light, temperature, noise, and stress. However, I'm not so sure how well scientifically supported other claims, such as harmonizing electromagnetic fields, really are.
