[/quote] I like this perspective. Sometimes we spend so much time looking for answers outside ourselves that we forget how important it is to slow down and listen to what we actually need. I do think healing can start with self-awareness and accepting where we are in life. At the same time, I believe there’s strength in knowing when to ask for help. For me, it’s probably a balance between reconnecting with ourselves and being open to support from others.
